Fix for users of version 7.1
but versions older than 7.1.2.3
(That is versions with numbers after 7.1 that are lower than 2.3)
(Even if you installed update 7.1.2.0, or any other update to version 7.1,
you need to install this update.)

Features:
- Repairs problem with OptiFlora not being recommended when it should be and issues associated with the Ref#.
- Adds F1 key to Help in most fields.
- Repair miscalculation of some nutrients.
- Removes the Analysis, Paragraph 25, sentense about quitting smoking for those clients that have not check the "Smoke" check box.
Instructions:
- Download the repair file Setup_WLP_u7123.msi. (INOP at the moment)
- Once downloaded, double click on it and follow the onscreen instructions.
- The default location for installing the update is set to the most common location. If your program is one of the earliest version 7 programs the location may be incorrect. After doing the install, if your version is not 7.1.2.3 then
