Wellness Profile - Download and Install

Download and Install Winzip.

Whenever you download a file, you should be asked if you want to Open (or Run) or Save the file.

Select Save, then you will be asked where you want to save it.

You may save it anywhere on your computer you want to. You must pay attention to where you save it, because you still have to install it. To install it you will have to find it. and double click it to open the Zip file.

Once you have double clicked the file you should see something like the image below.

Now you will have to scroll down until you find the file Setup.exe. Once found, double click on it.

This will begin the installation process. Follow the onscreen instructions.
