A new version of the Wellness Profile is ready.

Obtaining the latest version of the Wellness Profile is a multi-step process.

  1. Select the set of instructions that you feel best suits you computer knowledge level.
  2. Download the program AND MAKE A NOT OF WHERE IT IS DOWNLOADED TO.
  3. Install the program.
  4. Run the program. THIS IS WHERE MOST PEOPLE GET CONFUSED. EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE RUN THE PROGRAM, IT WILL STOP BEFORE MUCH HAPPENS WITH AN ERROR MESSAGE ABOUT THE VERSION NOT BEING COMPATIBLE. This is supposed to happen. By getting this far you know the program is installed. Not to get rid of the error message you must proceed to the next step.
  5. Purchase the program.
  6. Install the Unlock Key.

You will not get an Unlock Key until you have purchased the program.  Additionally you will not be able to install the Unlock Key until you have installed the program.

There are 3 sets of instruction for obtaining the latest version of the Wellness Profile.

Skill Level

 

Advanced

These instructions assume the user knows how to download files, locate them on the computer, install programs, and move or copy files to new locations.

These instructions just contain the basics and descriptions of anything unique to this program.

Intermediate

These instructions assume the user is familiar with downloading files, locating them on the computer, installing programs, and moving or copying files to new locations.

These instructions include more detail than the advanced.  Also the steps are broken down into smaller increments.  Additionally some screen images are included.

Beginner

These instructions are broken down into as small an increment as feasible.  Screen images are included with almost every step.

Please Note:  
All instructions and screen images are based on a Windows XP computer and Internet Explorer 8.

  • If you have a different operating system the descriptions and images may not be exactly what you see in the instructions. 
  • If you have a different configuration of the same operating system the descriptions and images may not be exactly what you see in the instructions.
  • If you use a different browser the descriptions and images may not be exactly what you see in the instructions.

The concepts are still the same.
