(Move is the selected item in this image of the Control Box Menu.)
 Restore
Restores a window to its original size and position of the screen after being Maximized.

 Move
Places a cross cursor over the Title Bar. The user can then click the cross cursor and drag the window to a desired position. This is totally unnecessary since the user can click on the Title Bar at any time and drag it to any position.

 Size
This is another totally useless item, in my opinion. Click it and the cursor changes to a cross. It is still necessary to move it to the border of a window to resize the window. You can do this without ever clicking the size item in the Control Box..

 Minimize
Minimizes a window the same as the Minimize Button near the right side of the Title Bar.
 Maximize
Maximizes a window the same as the Maximum Button near the right side of the Title Bar.
 Close
This is a tertiary method to close a window. The secondary method is the Close Button on the right on the Title Bar. The primary method is to select Exit or Close from the File Menu.
