In a number of places throughout the Wellness Profile program a popup message appears that has a small check box like that shown above.

 

Placing a check in the check box prevents the message from appearing in the future.  Instead the message is bypassed and whatever would have happened, after a button is clicked in the message, happens without the message appearing.

 

To restore the message select the Setup Menu > Preferences > Don't Show tab and remove the check from the check box.
