The Tutorial is a series of screens that progresses through the features of the Wellness Profile in logical order.  Not all pages that are part of this help system are part of the Tutorial.  You, the user, can not alter this order.  However you can navigate into and out of the Tutorial at will.

 

Each of the pages that are part of the Tutorial has a bar like that shown below, at the top and bottom of the page.

Both the < Previous page link above goes to the first page of the Tutorial.  The Next page > links above goes a list links to all the individual pages of the Tutorial.

 

Many Help windows have images.  Be sure to expand the Help window horizontally until you can see the entire image.  Expand the window vertically for your convenience.  Some Help windows are very long.  You may need to scroll down or up to see the entire window.
