Wellness Profile

General Information
Important !

The Wellness Profile is a tool to guide a person through a nutrition program tailored to their particular needs. It breaks a nutrition program into 4 Phases (Cleansing [Phase 1], Foundation [Phase 2], Anti-Oxidants [Phase 3], and Special Programs [Phase 4]). The information contained in the reports printed comes from many different sources. Most are listed in the References document that can be printed with the Wellness Profile.

No computer program can substitute for caring and concern for the individual client. The program lends credibility to what the user tells the client. Your knowledge of the individual will dictate how you and your client implement the information contained in the report. Obviously a person who has never taken a vitamin tablet will be more reluctant to start on 20 tablets and protein powder than a person who has been taking handfuls of vitamins all their life. A person's financial condition may also have to be considered. Some people will want to start on both the Cleansing and Foundation Phases in the beginning. Again, knowledge of the individual will dictate if this is a wise decision.

Because of the above factors (and many others) the computer does not fill in the blanks on the 4 Phases. This is left up to you. The Supplement Guide gives you the suggested daily intake for each supplement. It is left up to you and the client to determine which supplements, at what meals, and how many to take on a daily basis.

It frequently occurs that after the client has been on the Foundation Phase for a couple of weeks, they notice a difference in how they feel and are eager to continue with the program as well as to learn more.

Frequently a follow-up Profile, done after a client has been on a program for about 60 days, will show significant improvements in their wellness.
