Version Verification

If you see a window like the one displayed below (including both the "Wellness Profile - Company Information" and the warning message with the title "Version Verification") then you program is probably loaded correctly.

You are getting this message because your program version doesn't match the program files.

Why would this happen?

You may not have purchased the update for the version you downloaded.
You may have purchased the update but did not receive the file necessary to make the program work, yet.
You may have purchased the update but did not place the file in the correct location.

If you have purchased the update, have received the file, and have placed it in the correct location or can't get it into the correct location then contact us.
