 Blood Pressure field
If known, enter Blood Pressure.
This field has no effect on the results and is, therefore, not as important as the Check Box labeled High Blood Pressure in the Yes/No area, which does have an effect on the results.

 Height and Weight fields
Although the Height and Weight fields have no effect on the results they are nice to know.
Obviously, there are different things to consider when dealing with someone who is 250 pounds and 4 ft. 11 in. tall verses someone who is 250 pounds and 6 ft. 7 in. tall.

 Cholesterol fields
Enter Total Cholesterol, HDL, and LDL if know.
If some are known and others not known, enter the known values.
If field is left blank a zero will automatically be entered.
The program needs a numeric value to function properly and knows that zero is not a valid value. Thus the program interprets zero to mean the value is not known.
The values entered in the 3 blood lipid fields do effect the outcome as does the High Cholesterol Check Box in the Yes/No area.

The user can enter any desired text information in the Medications field with a limit of 32767 characters.
This information can be very useful if the user researches the medications.
